Security System:

A security system is a combination of devices and services which work to protect a residence or business against the threat of invasion or intrusion. Security systems sometimes serve as protection from natural disasters as well. Residential, commercial, and industrial customers alike use security systems to safeguard against theft (burglary) and property damage. Security systems are available in a range of formats, levels, and pricing packages. They may involve professional installation or DIY installation. Whether these systems are intended to protect against a single incident or high threat of invasion at all times, they may involve a number of components, such as video cameras, alarm systems, smart home automation, notifications, smart locks, smart sensors, and more.

I love having this company at monitor my house! I signed up with them directly, and they make me a priority EVERY time I call. They are family owned and they make me feel like part of the family in the way they service me.

I would not suggest Security Enterprises to provide any service. They do not adhere to a schedule. They called me to override the appointment made by Brinks to install my security system because they are contracted workers. The man gave me a time and date, and I agreed to it. The day of the appointment I noticed it was closer to the ending of the window of time. I called to inquire how close they were to my home & they tell me I was scheduled for later. I was understandably upset because I'd taken off work & rearranged my day to accommodate the time he told me they would be there to complete the service. Furhhermore, I received a text the day before confirming that window of time from 8-12. Then the guy in the office had the unmitigated gall to say we can reschedule for next week after they already rescheduled my initial appointment through Brinks. In addition, he said it was nothing they could do because the tech was on another job. The technician eventually made it to me and thankfully he was pleasant but the person in the office, Jeff if my memory serves me correctly, needs a course on scheduling. My time is important and clearly he doesn't care about the customer's time. I googled reviews after this fiasco & saw there were other complaints against Security Enterprises. This experience was not professional, and I hope I do not have to worry about using them again. The inept and incompetent man in the office is the problem.

very unprofressional. The owner called stating there was no way they would get to my appointment which was set a week ago by Brinks. The owner then told me to go by to Brinks and get another company!!!!! RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
