The experience we had with the Magnolia design center was perfect at first. We bought a terrific sound system with them and intended to install the complete home theater system in our house. They came to our home to work on the installations, and everything seemed to be fine. After they left, we tried the system, and it was not working, I mean it was just a couple of minutes after they left. We called them right away to ask for someone to check the system, and it took almost 3 weeks for them to schedule our appointment. That made me so disappointed with their service.
