Disappointing the technician's visit at the time of our installation of security services, many of the cables or connections we had already made did not like it. They removed it as if it was not a big deal, and if we wanted, we could clean it later. One of the biggest pains was that he tagged the different sensors he wanted even though both my husband and I were standing there all the time. My home only requested one security system, which resulted in 2 at the time of installation, so now I am paying for two systems, and I can not use my old system because they broke everything and threw it away.

ADT and Safe Street do not work interchangeably and cause many customer service problems. I felt like ADT service was really bad, they want you to pay more after a free trial recording that they don’t tell you at first until you really get caught up in the contact there and want to charge you more for a service that should be provided already. The only thing that could be rescued was the technician, what an incredible and professional individual. He made sure that we understood and could do everything correctly.

The person in charge of the facility was good; someone called from the office and said that he would be here 30 minutes earlier and that he was an hour and fifteen minutes late; it was not his fault. In addition to this, they said that I would get four sensors for my windows, and then the technology only had three sensors. Tech told me it was $119 more for a sensor. They misrepresented the visit, said a consultant was going out to go about my needs, and didn’t, just sent an installer again it’s not their fault. I’m pleased with the system; they didn’t handle the customer service well.

The technician who performed the installation did a proper job and admitted that it was new to the installation of ADT products. However, this young man may need additional training because we had a question about how I could access both accounts in two different states on my ADT phone app, he didn’t know the answer to that and didn’t seem terribly motivated to get an answer for me.
