Professional Monitoring Services:
Professional monitoring services are offered as a part of many security system packages. These services work by connecting a security system provider’s monitoring center to the alarm system or surveillance cameras of an individual residence or business. When a security system control hub is tripped due to a motion sensor alert, the hub sends a signal to the monitoring center, which is monitored by a live person or security guard. The person then contacts the residence or business owner right away to verify whether a false alarm is taking place or whether there is a possible security threat. If the security system holder can’t be reached, the monitoring center personnel contacts the appropriate authorities.
Fire Protection And Prevention Services:
Many security system providers offer fire and smoke alarm system monitoring to help prevent home and business fire damage. Professional fire prevention services involve monitoring the smoke detectors, fire alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors. If the alarm system is tripped due to the presence of smoke, CO, or heat, these sensors will typically be tripped.
