I had the worst experience working with Castle Rock Security group. They had questionable practices and usually used their policies as excuses not to do the right thing. I wanted to cancel my services with them, and I did everything they told me I had to do, either way, they found an excuse to make it impossible for me to cancel services. I can’t believe they’re able to trap their customers this way.
