The installation equipment was excellent, but unfortunately, they left, and there was a problem with the system. The technician behaved horribly when he came in, and I had to call the account manager to fix things. It left a mess throughout the house disassembled, broken, and left on the floor, countertops, and drilled holes. It’s just not a good experience, and I don’t want to call you back to come and finish installing the doorbell camera and the entry camera.

Our ADT technician did an excellent job, explaining everything he was doing to install our safety system, very patient and friendly. A perfect employee is going above and beyond. Did not rush out of the door. I could not ask for a better person in my house. I would recommend it for any situation or job. Thanks to the technician for being so kind and patient. Extraordinary work was done.

Our technician was very knowledgeable. He went over everything, and we were comfortable using our new system. The only drawback we had was that some sensors were not well, and we had to wait for them to get others to be installed. Now another technician is leaving tomorrow to establish, and since it was not at the same time, I have to buy the sensor! That’s frustrating, but you guys are the monster; you don’t care about the company and how long we customers wait as long as you can get paid. Our family feels so safe in our new home.

At the time of installing the technology did not have all the components, that is to say there was a confusion with the equipment that the seller promised and which in the end the technician took at the time of the installation. I had to schedule a second appointment to install the missing equipment, doorbell and camera. I was told that I would not be charged anything at the time of installation, but would be billed at a later date. I still haven’t received a follow-up call with a new date to finish. I was billed immediately, I should not have to pay the full price for the installation of incomplete time.
