I hired their security systems, and to my surprise, just a month after they installed it, my house got broken into and the alarm never even activated. I called them just when I got home, and they had no idea of what had happened, they said they noticed a temporary disconnection due to lack of signal, and they actually should’ve warned me about it. They cant even comply with their primary task. I felt so unsafe after that; there was nobody to protect me.
