My brother in law have been a customer for less than a year, the sales person made it sound good and he was excited about his system. However, he began having problems the same mouth and was told to give them a chance to get it right. He did and they didn't so when he wanted to cancel they told him it was 31 days and he would have to pay the contract in full to get out of it. It is now 10 months in and he a still having issues. At this time his system has been offline 3 months and they are drafting from his account each month and not giving him service. Customer Service and Tech support is a joke.
