The service they've provided me has been one of the most terrible I've ever received. Their equipment was faulty and outdated, but that's something I could stand because they offered a fair price. The issue is that I canceled services because I moved out, and my family just told me that they were contacted by Monitronics, saying I owe an outstanding amount of money that's attributed to the months when I had already canceled my services. They're about to send me to collections, and I still don't understand how all of this happened.
