My experience working with Stanley Security has been, pitifully, horrible. I got their security system that includes an alarm, and almost ever since they installed, it has been going off continually and without a visible cause. Every time the alarm goes off, I'm compromised to paying for the false alarm charges, and I've been trying to avoid this for weeks. I've called them many times asking for a technician, and they just keep on telling me they'll send somebody, but they never do.
